Social Media Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be assigned to customer accounts where you are responsible for developing and implementing social media strategy in order to increase online presence, engagement and overall marketing efforts.

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Be able to create content that is appealing, grammatically correct and relevant
  • Provide constructive feedback

Job requirements and qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
  • Social Media Strategist using social media for brand awareness and impressions
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multitasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing such as Canva, is a definite advantage.

Business Development Manager – Software Solutions

We are looking for a business development manager for our Software Solutions. His or her main goal is to generate more revenue for the company. They will manage client accounts and come up with new sales ideas. This includes new sales strategies, sales pitches, and business plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Brainstorm new project strategies
  • Identify sales and services that would appeal to new clients
  • Manage company and client expectations
  • Review time-frames and budgets
  • Create sales pitches
  • Execute sales objectives
  • Manage client accounts

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration or IT
  • Three to five years of previous experience in Sales, IT, project management, or a related field
  • Demonstrated and proven sales results
  • Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite and Sales Management software
  • Fluent communication in person, on the phone, and in email
  • Abide by all non-compete/solicit agreements
