The Clarix Growth Method

Diagnose. Strategize. Prioritize. Execute. Measure.

Five stages, in that order. The order is the whole point.

Most growth advice starts at stage four. The agency, the lead vendor and the recruiter all begin with execution, because execution is what they sell. We start by finding out what is actually broken, then decide what to do about it.

This page takes about 90 seconds to read.
The short version

What changes when the diagnosis comes first.

The traditional approach
The Clarix Growth Method

Starts by asking

What do you want to buy?

Where is growth actually leaking?

The diagnosis comes from

Whoever is selling the fix

An independent review of your numbers

Recommends

What it happens to offer

What the evidence calls for

You buy

A retainer, a lead package or a hire

A defined piece of work with an end

Execution

Whoever on their team is free

A specialist chosen for the priority

Success looks like

Activity: posts, leads, calls, hours

Revenue that grows and stays

When you have got it wrong

You find out months later

You check before the money moves

If you need nothing more

You keep paying

We tell you, and the engagement ends

The method

Five stages. Nothing skipped.

Each stage answers one question. Each has to be answered before the next one makes sense.

01

Diagnose

The question: Where is growth actually leaking?

We trace what you are seeing in your numbers back through ten stages of your recurring-revenue engine, from positioning and lead response to retention, renewal and unit economics.

You leave with: your Growth Baseline, and a Growth Diagnostic and Constraint Map showing what’s working, what’s leaking, and why.

02

Strategize

The question: What should you do about it?

The diagnosis becomes a growth strategy built around your business goals, not trends or vendor pitches: who you should be selling to, what you offer them, how you win them, and how you keep them.

You leave with: a focused, economically rational growth strategy, and a Growth Experiment Plan to prove what will work before you scale it.

Delivered through: the Clarix Growth Roadmap, completed in Growth Advisory

03

Prioritize

The question: What matters first?

We decide what happens now, what waits, and where the budget goes. For a recurring-revenue business that often means fixing the leak before filling the top: follow-up before more leads, retention before more ads.

You leave with: your Growth Priorities Roadmap: every constraint ranked by impact, effort and confidence, the highest-leverage opportunities, and what not to pursue.

04

Execute

The question: Who should do the work?

A practical 90-day plan: what happens, when, who owns it, and how you will know it is working. Where you need specialist skills you do not have in-house, we tell you exactly what to look for, and who.

You leave with: a 90-Day Growth Execution Plan with owners, not a pile of recommendations.

05

Measure

The question: Is it working?

A small set of KPIs tied to revenue and retention, not platform metrics. For SaaS: pipeline, MRR, churn, CAC and payback. For brokerages: new business, renewal retention, lead response and producer output.

You leave with: a monthly Growth Performance Report and a Growth Optimization Plan, numbers you can act on and take into the board room or partners’ meeting.

Delivered through: Growth Advisory, month to month

Stage 04, up close

Who actually does the work?

It is the question founders ask most, so here is the straight answer.

We do not run your growth day to day. When a priority needs specialist skill you do not have in-house, we tell you exactly what is needed and introduce you to someone we have vetted ourselves.

That might be

How we choose specialists

How the relationship works

How we are paid

You pay us for the diagnosis, the plan and the advice. We are not paid to recommend any channel, agency, tool or vendor.

Where it can go

Two ways and either are fine.

Only one of them involves paying us every month.

1

You take it from here

You have the diagnosis and the priorities, and your team runs with them. Plenty of clients need nothing more, and we would rather be the people you come back to than the retainer you forgot to cancel.

2

You keep us in the room

Growth Advisory completes your Clarix Growth Roadmap with a Growth Experiment Plan and a 90-Day Growth Execution Plan. Then we stay beside you: monthly Growth Performance Reports, quarterly Growth Optimization Plans, specialist coordination, and a second opinion on every pitch before you say yes.

Before you book

Questions.

No. Many clients take the Clarix findings and run with them. You only go further if it is worth it.

Clarix findings arrive in 3 to 5 business days. The Clarix Growth Roadmap covers the next 90 days. Advisory runs month to month after that.

We do not advise on a business we have not examined. If you are right, Clarix will confirm it quickly, and you will commit with evidence instead of instinct.

Before stage one

It all starts with a 30-minute conversation.

Tell us the decision you are weighing. We will tell you honestly whether Clarix is the right first step.
